We want you to love your manicure, so if you are not completely satisfied with your Ballpit Nails purchase, we offer easy returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, all nail polishes and sets must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
